The room rate is intended for 2 people per night with breakfast included.
For every extra bed in room (for a maximum of 4 people), there is a 10 % extra.

For the apartments Gran Suite Sonia & Casa Margherita the rate is intended for 4 people per night with breakfast included.
For every extra bed in room (for a maximum of 6 people), there is a 10 % extra.

Infants up to two years in a cot are free of charge.
Infants up to three years that sleep with parents are free of charge.
All children over three years pay a 10 % extra on the room rate.

We kindly ask a 20 % deposit or the credit card details in order to accept your reservation. In case of credit card, we will not apply any charge on it but we will use it just as guarantee. The full balance will be paid at the departure from the Palazzo.

Except for special offers which follow different rules, we generally operate a full cancellation & refund policy:

* Before 7 days of arrival: no charge (and a 100 % refund of the deposit)
* Within 7 days of arrival: 100 % of the full amount.
