Completely restored in 2008, respecting its original configuration and the local culture, Palazzo Guglielmo is now a widespread HOTEL which means a large house where the accommodations are scattered around the main historic building and four more ancient facilities /apartments which are interconnected by a large sixty year old citrus grove.

All the rooms are situated within a radius of less than fifty meters from the heart of the hotel: the main entrance, the reception, the common spaces, the restaurant, the bar.

Those rooms which once were stable, storage, laundry, kitchen, warehouse and even the apartment of Don Pippi himself, have been today turned into 8 DOUBLE ROOMS / 4 SUITES / 2 APARTMENTS able to host up to 45 people.
The rooms, all different from each other in size, decor and location, are equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, minibar, wifi, safe, courtesy line. All rooms are provided with a small outside area with chairs and table.

Gym

You are right, holidays mean relax and our hotel is the right place to avoid stress. Unfortunately, because of its delicious food and wonderful wines, Salento can make you gain weight and feel even more tired than before the journey. This is why we have thought about creating a gym so you can train and stay healthy. The gym has been recovered from the previous warehouse underground, just below the breakfast room. It is quite fresh and equipped with some basic gym tools, free weights, exercise bikes and travelators. Are you ready to train?

Restaurant

The onsite restaurant Casa dell’Angelo is a comfortable and cozy place where you can taste our seafood specialties inspired by the traditional Mediterranean food cuisine, enhanced by a combination of refined and appetizing flavors …. always accompanied by a selection of the best Apulian wines. The restaurant is open everyday for lunch and dinner and guests have a direct access from the garden of the hotel.
